Business Development Representative - Prague/Brno

We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will help us to grow our sales and channel partner network in Western Europe (Iberia, France or Nordics, based on qualification and previous experience). The BDR will establish and develop partner relationships in the region, will meet/exceed revenue targets and will be responsible for developing and implementing channel sales strategy in the given region.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Develops and implements channel sales strategy, with major focus on recruitment, enablement and business development of channel partners.
  • Builds and develops relationships with technology partners, value added distributors, system integrators, resellers and customers (large enterprises, Telcos, ISPs, datacenters, universities etc.), works closely with sales, presales and marketing teams of channel partners.
  • Helps channel partners during all stages of the sales cycle (from initial engagements with potential customers, to RFI/RFP process and closing of deals).
  • Actively prospects for new business opportunities..
  • Builds a vital pipeline and delivers agreed sales targets.
  • Participates in trade show events, workshops and seminars.
  • Reports activities and updates information in CRM (SalesForce), participates in regular business reviews.

 

Requirements

 

  • 1-3 years of previous working experience as BDR, Sales or Channel Manager for a vendor or a channel partner in networking and/or cybersecurity, e.g. firewall, SIEM, packet broker, SD-WAN, etc.
  • An outgoing, organized person with a strong will to succeed and excellent communication, listening, presentation and writing skills.
  • Market knowledge, existing network of customer contacts and channel partners in the region is a big advantage.
  • Strong networking and prospecting skills.
  • Must be prepared to travel within the given region (up to 25% of time).
  • Fluent English, other languages (French, Spanish or any language spoken in Nordics) is a great advantage.
  • Work of place in our Brno or Praha office.
