What are you going to do?
Design a new training program and implement it in compliance with targets set together with Sales, Project Management and Support teams.
Create a curriculum for strategic training based on organization goals.
Develop training manuals oriented at tangible results.
Effectively manage the training budget.
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
Select and manage resources, including working with both internal employees and training partners to develop and deliver training.
Assess, select and manage training technologies.
Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Assess the current situation to identify the training needs of the Sales team, Presales team and partners.
Coordinate with other departments on designing tests and training materials.
Communicate with LMS service providers
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in designing and management of training programs.
Solid IT background (and passion for networking is a plus).
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English.
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools. LMS hands-on experience required.
Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strategic and creative mindset.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Travelling - 1-3x per quarter
