We would like to strengthen our position on the market and this is why our Marketing team is looking for an experienced colleague who would like to turn his/her previous experience into creating a scalable MSP program.
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain a scalable MSP model and coordinate its launch with regional teams.
- Enable sales teams to acquire and onboard new partners, help them to execute business plans to meet sales goals.
- Drive partner engagement and portal and training engagement.
- Identify opportunities for new service offerings and extensions of existing service offerings to support the continued expansion of the business.
- Monitor sales and operational results based on KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Sales, and Product teams to ensure support and alignment.
- Proven experience in channel management, MSP, or SaaS.
- Experience with acquisition and onboarding of new channel partners.
- Previous participation in business planning.
- Experience with developing pricing models is a plus.
- Solid IT background and passion for networking and security especially is a plus.
